Resolved, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, that She will be graciously pleased to give directions that there be laid before this House, Copies of "Report on Hong Kong;" "Report on Chusan ;" and

46 Minute on the British Position and Prospects in China," by Mr. R. Montgomery Martin, when Treasurer to the Queen at Hong Kong, and a Member of Her Majesty's Legislative Council in China.

Ordered, That the said Address be presented to Her Majesty by such Members this House as are of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.
